Proposal Acceptance - Once your offshore operation is well-defined, we can work out a service delivery and pricing model and present this to you in a detailed proposal. Service & Agreement - At this stage, we will formalized the agreement which will contain all the d details of operational structure and service delivery. Talent & Aquisition​- The resource requirements identified in Step 2 are translated into a resourcing plan, which gives all the details on the different technical/ non-technical profiles, headcounts, and kickoff dates for each position. Our HR department will use this resourcing plan to source candidates and run through the agreed screening proces. In the end, it is up to you to decide how involved you will be with screening and selection. Go Live - With all the infrastructure resources, human resources, and management framework in place, your operation can now go live and start operations. The go-live is typically celebrated with your management and stakeholders present on location in Sri Lanka. Day-to-Day & Operations - After go-live, your offshore operation will roll into normal daily operations. The structure of operations governance that we have agreed on will be closely followed to ensure the successs of your virtual captive. Zone 24x7 will also provide continued support to guarantee the smooth operations of your business.
